Q: How long will it take for my order to ship?

A: Orders are processed within 24 hours. After your order is processed you should receive your tracking information right away in the shipping confirmation e-mail.

Q: How long will it take for my items to arrive?

A: Deliveries take on average 10-20 business days and on some rare occasions 20+ business days. Shipping times may vary from product-to-product; based on demand and shipping location.

Q: How do I track my order?

Q: Will my items be sent in one package?

A: Many of our items ship directly from different manufacturers or artisans across the world. This means that your order may be shipped in more than one package if your order contains multiple products. This is to give you the best price for your items.

Q: Where do you ship to?

A: We ship to almost anywhere in the world! In case you're not eligible for shipping, please contact us so we can try to find a solution.
